Your Mission

Act as the primary point of contact for direct communications with Automotive OEM customers, ensuring their requirements are thoroughly understood and met.
Lead the development of custom software solutions utilizing our low-code platform, focusing on optimizing and expanding its capabilities.
Continuously develop and adjust modules of the platform to meet the evolving needs of users and customers.
Work with custom datasets to integrate seamlessly into our software solutions.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering an environment of growth and innovation.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders and internal SW teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

Your Experience

MUST HAVES:

Proven experience in Full-Stack software development, with excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. Additional experience in other languages such as Rust, Golang and Python is highly advantageous.
Strong proficiency in GraphQL, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Solid background in direct customer stakeholder management.
Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams, including aspects of recruitment, leadership, and mentorship.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in German (minimum B2 level) is preferred due to frequent interactions with German-speaking clients.

NICE TO HAVES:

A formal degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Previous customer-facing experience in roles such as Architect, Project Engineer, or Solutions Engineer, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
