As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and strategic HR Manager to shape exceptional employee experiences while ensuring operational excellence.
Unlike traditional HR setups rooted in static “best practices,” we are building a people function that is agile, data-driven, and tailored to the realities of a fast-scaling, knowledge-driven organization.
In this position, you will report directly to our Founder and take ownership of both the operational backbone of HR and the cultural development of SPREAD. You will manage a small team while remaining hands-on and proactive yourself.
