We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to help visually communicate our mission, elevate our brand presence, and drive engagement across various touchpoints.

We’re seeking a hands-on freelance contributor who thrives on creating high-quality, visually engaging designs that capture our brand’s essence. We’re looking for someone with a strong visual aesthetic, an eye for detail, and a passion for designing in the tech space. This role would require you to think creatively, adapt quickly, and balance technical precision with impactful storytelling.

Your Mission

Marketing Design: Create engaging, on-brand visuals for digital and print projects, including presentations, website pages, social media assets, event materials, product visuals, and more.
Brand Implementation: Contribute to the evolution of SPREAD’s visual identity by designing assets that maintain consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand design needs, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to meet business objectives.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with design trends, particularly in tech, engineering, and AI, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Your Experience

3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within tech, SaaS, or a related industry. Portfolio showcasing versatility across digital and print is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, GenAI tools, and familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
Experience in creating custom illustrations.
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content.
High standards for design quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus) to present and iterate on design concepts effectively.
Residing in Berlin to ensure efficient communication and collaboration with the team!
