In this role, you own enterprise pipeline outcomes. You design and run targeted campaigns that turn engineering leaders at enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities. You work closely with Sales to define account priorities, build integrated campaigns across digital, events, content syndication, and ABM, and focus relentlessly on what actually converts. Events are a strategic lever in this role. You own goals, briefs, positioning, KPIs, budgets, and quality bar for two to three flagship owned events per year, while an external agency executes delivery. You also represent SPREAD at the right industry moments where engineering leaders gather. You rely heavily on AI and automation to scale your output, eliminate repetitive work, and operate at a level that would normally require a larger team.
